11:15-11:30 Cafeteria Entrance: ~Arrival of students with their parents. Make sure they get their name tags attached to their shirts. Each tag has a colored dot, this will be the group they will be with for their orientation rotations.
11:30-11:45 Introductions by Admin Team-Transitioning from the cafeteria with their leader teacher to get settled in to begin their first station at 11:45. Bell rings for 4-6 Lunch, need to be out of the cafeteria on time.

Rotations - Sonya’s Room goes to Library, Library to Nikki’s room, Nikki’s Room to Stacey’s, Stacey’s to Sonya’s Room.
Classrooms ~ Students will start in the station with the teacher that brings them from the cafeteria.

We realize we’ll need some transition time for groups to move to each location. Parents travel with their child. Students will move through the side doors of the classrooms as much as we can to limit hallway traffic.

Current Primary students will be on a station rotation throughout the school during the morning to avoid being in and around the primary hallway while orientation takes place.
School Info: Front parking lot will be closed 11-1pm for parking for our new families. Lunch playtime will need to take place on lower field/playground. Hallway hooks by Music room and Gym will be used by PM and PS during this time. Library will be closed 11:00-12:45
